Republican Yemen

Two men were killed on Friday as a result of landmines planted by the Iran-aligned insurgents of Houthis in Al Khokha town, south the port city of Hodeidah.

Two mine blasts killed Ahmed Abdo Qazan and Haithm Mohammed Saeed Gabali while riding on their motor bikes heading to the town’s market, local sources said.

The two men arrived dead to the Al Khokha Hospital, a medical source spoke on condition of anonymity.

Reports say an estimated 10000 people have been killed or maimed due to landmines that the Houthi militia immensely laid in large swaths of Yemen.
