One civilian was killed and his brother wounded on Monday in a mine explosion in Al Bayda province, central Yemen.
Ismail Mohammed Bin Mohammed Al-amiri was killed when a mine planted by the Iran-aligned Houthis exploded in Radman district, September Net reported, citing local sources.
The source said the mine went off, killing of Ismail Mohammed and leaving his brother, Ibrahim Mohammed, suffering critical injuries as they were on a car in Hawran area of Radman district.
Houthi rebels have laid over a million mines and explosive devices in large swaths of Yemen. Such explosives have killed or maimed thousands of unsuspecting civilians.
