Three children were wounded Saturday in mine explosion laid by Houthi rebels and shelling launched by the same militia in the provinces of Al Jawf and Hodeidah.
In Al Jawf, located north Yemen, two kids from the same family were injured today due to a mortar shell that landed in their village.
Local sources said the rebels launched a mortar shell targeting Al Ghail village which injuried two kids and damaged their house.
This is the second time the militia has targeted the same village, after they had targeted the area last week, wounding two kids and a woman, sate-run Saba Agency said.
In Al Durayhimi district, south the port city of Hodeidah, a nine-year-old girl sustained injuries when a landmine went off, killing the camel she was riding.
Sameera, 9, was moved to the field hospital in Al Durayhimi and toes of her right foot were cut off due to the mine explosion, a medical source spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to talk to the media.
