Indiscriminate shelling Kills Two Families in Taiz and Al Bayda

Houthi insurgents committed today two atrocious massacres against innocent civilians in Taiz and Al Bayda provinces.

A mother and her five children were killed Sunday morning when a Katyusha rocket launched by the Iranian-backed militia landed on their house in Gabal Habashi dstrict in the province of Taiz, Central Yemen.

Local sources said the rocket, which was launched by Houthis from Albarah area, destroyed an entire house owned by a resident called Abdullah Al Moradi, killing his whole family: his wife and five children.

In Al Bayda province, the rebels committed another heinous crime against a family from Al Hemikani tribes.

The Houthi militia launched indiscriminate shelling on populated areas in the district of Al Zaher, killing five family members, including a child, local residents told Erem News.

Alzaher district has been witnessing intense battles between the popular resistance and Houthis for the past few days. The battles broke out when the rebels attacked the area in an attempt to take it over.

Reports said the Iranian-backed militia has lately, despite ceasefire, intensified their mortar and rocket attacks on populated areas, killing and wounding innocent people in cold blood.
