In Saada, stronghold of the Houthi rebels, Houthi gunmen killed yesterday a resident and his two kids in cold blood.
The gunmen opened fire on a private bus, killing a resident and two of his kids and wounded his other kid, local sources said.
Last Friday, Al Habari, appointed governor of Raymah by the militia, killed two young men from Arhab tribe, a tribe in north Sana’a, the rebel-held capital.
Abdulaziz Mohsen and Mohammed Abdulwasea were leaving a wedding party of their relatives when Al Habari killed them, a local source said.
Alhabari confessed the crime and said that he killed the young men by mistake, thinking they were enemies who wanted to revenge for an old issue.
Houthi de facto authority has provided no law to abide by in such crimes. In contrast, they tend to deal with such crimes in tribal ways rather than enforcing law.
