Over Two Dozen Houthi Militia Fighters Killed, Wounded In Central Yemen


A number of Iran-backed Houhi militia fighters were killed, including senior leading figures while several others wounded in violent clashes and confrontations with the Army Forces in the district of Damt in the central province of al-Bayda, according to official sources.

The officials sources pointed out that the number of causalities has exceeded two dozens, not clarifying how may were dead.

Local sources revealed that the Arab coalition-backed Yemeni forces foiled two Houthi attempts at attacking troops in Al-Hariwa mountains and in Al-Haqab village in Damt district.

Eyewitnesses reported that heavy clashes continued between the two fronts on Sunday in surrounding villages in the central province of al-Bayda.
